In the Margins

Scribbles, side notes, and stories for the doodlers, the dreamers, the quiet rebels

plotting insurrection in the snippets of notes left behind.

Escaping the Main Text

The official story is tidy, but life in the margins? That’s where creative misfits come alive.

The main text is neat. Polished. Linear. And mostly, boring.

It’s the story you’re supposed to tell. Go to school. Get the job. Climb the ladder. Smile politely. Stay inside the lines.

But in the margins? That’s where the real sparks live.

The half-finished doodle you drew during a meeting. The side note you scribbled in the book, the one the author never planned. The conversation at the afterparty that changed you more than the keynote ever could.

Margins are where misfits survive. We don’t need the spotlight paragraphs. We thrive in the white space. It’s messy, yes. But it’s alive.

So if you’ve ever felt like the “official story” doesn’t fit, good. It means you’re already in the margins with the rest of us. This is where we play. This is where we write new scripts.

The world will keep polishing the main text. Let them. We’ll be over here in the scribbles, doodles, and half-formed sparks.

Because honestly? That’s where the best stuff always happens.
